For the robot textures I again used textures from cgtextures to source my images. I didn't actually use that many, I used a stock brushed metal as well as a diamond plate texture, then made most of my own.
For the tracks I cut out a pattern from a black background and bevelled it. I then layered a few blending properties over the top and duplicated it, moving it down. I created the warning stripes with the same pattern I made and used for the environment textures, as well as adding in a custom decal to layer on dirt. I used the gradient property on the spikes to give them a bit of depth, as well as on the inner area's of the metal plate to give it a worn look.
I made the metal plates from the brushed metal texture, bevelling each of them individually and adding selfmade bolts to several points per piece. I used the radial blur tool to create the circular saw blade, then duplicated and desaturated it and placed it behind the original. I then cut into the centre with an eraser, to give the look of worn away metal.
I then went about adding dirt and grime to areas, such as the end of the flame thrower (where it comes in to contact with a flame). I then added a blending layer of general grime (using a large scale pattern) to add some uniqueness. Below is the result:
